I'm so happy you are here! I am experienced in working with adults, couples and children, offering support for a range of concerns. While I work with various conditions, my focus is on anxiety, depression, self-esteem, mood disorders and perinatal care. I also enjoy helping individuals navigate identity exploration, establish personal boundaries, and manage life transitions. I'm here to support you in your journey toward growth and well-being.
In therapy, I use Internal Family Systems (IFS) and EMDR to help facilitate healing and growth. IFS allows us to explore and integrate different parts of yourself, promoting balance and self-understanding. EMDR focuses on processing past experiences to reduce emotional distress and transform negative beliefs. Together, we’ll work to reconnect you with your inner strengths and create meaningful, lasting change.
Meeting new people can be challenging, so here’s a little about me to make things easier! When I'm not working, you’ll often find me hiking with my dogs, checking out new coffee spots, or enjoying a good game of cards or board games. I also love gardening, taking care of my house plants, and getting lost in a great book or Netflix series. One of my favorite things is hearing people’s stories—it’s always such a privilege to learn about others’ experiences.
